If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Platform. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Connections in Corrections Services Inc. (“ConnectCorr,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), a corporation incorporated in Ontario, Canada.

  2. Section 2

    2. Description of Services

ConnectCorr is a secure digital payment platform purpose-built for Canadian federal and provincial correctional environments. Our services include: ConnectAccount — Verified identity and account setup for approved family contacts of incarcerated individuals. ConnectPay — Electronic deposit service enabling approved family contacts to send funds directly to inmate trust accounts at participating correctional institutions. ConnectMail (Planned — Phase 2) — Monitored in-platform messaging between verified family contacts and incarcerated individuals, subject to institutional approval and oversight. ConnectCorr is currently in active development. Platform availability is subject to the establishment of pilot partnerships with correctional institutions.

Weekly deposit limits: Deposit amounts are subject to weekly limits set by each participating institution. These limits are displayed clearly before every transaction submission. Institutional control: ConnectCorr deposits funds to the institution's designated trust account. The posting of funds to individual inmate accounts is managed by the institution. No refunds after processing: Once a ConnectPay transaction has been successfully processed and submitted, it cannot be reversed. Disputes regarding posting to inmate accounts must be directed to the receiving institution.
